Phil is the UK & Ireland Regional Lead at SAMP, where he drives commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement across the region. He brings a strong blend of commercial leadership and technical expertise, with previous roles spanning account management, business development, and commercial leadership at Hexagon ALI, Grayce, and Attest. Earlier in his career, Phil held engineering positions with organisations including the Nuclear AMRC, Cammell Laird, NSG Pilkington, and Cameron, building deep experience across industrial, manufacturing, and engineering environments. He holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Studies.
