Starting off his career as a British Gas engineer, Rob built on his technical expertise to drive innovation throughout all of Centrica. Most recently operating as Centrica's Head of Technical Innovations, Rob's recently joined the company's new in-house research and innovation incubator - Energised Futures - to validate and scope the team's game-changing research projects and ensure they're operational, have a commercial future, and are fit for energy customers. Rob’s diverse expertise has been shaped by extensive experience within the energy and services sectors. His foundation in operational and domestic services has provided valuable insight into user interactions with home technologies and services. Rob has a particular interest in projects that integrate creativity and strategic planning to achieve impactful, lasting outcomes, and truly accelerate the energy transition for all energy customers.
