Ryan Huxtable

Innovation Programme Lead , National Grid Electricity Distribution
Ryan joined the Innovation Team at National Grid Electricity Distribution in 2019. During this time, he has managed a number of Ofgem Network Innovation Allowance and Network Innovation Competition funded projects in areas including flexibility, electric vehicles and power system protection. Ryan currently leads the Network Innovation Competition funded EQUINOX project, which is developing technical and commercial arrangements to accommodate flexibility from domestic low carbon heating. Ryan started his career in the industry in 2016, whilst an IET Power Academy Scholar alongside studying at Cardiff University.
