As Smart Solutions Project Lead at Dayworth Consulting, she manages complex smart water projects end-to-end, driving efficiency, innovation, and improved customer outcomes. Previously, she led SES Water’s universal metering programme, smart metering trials, and major service improvement initiatives that enhanced customer experience, operational performance, and data integrity. Her work strengthened leak detection, improved response times, and enhanced customer communication through cross-team collaboration.
