Alexandra (Sasha) Shipulina is Head of the Data Sharing Infrastructure & Sector Digitalisation at the National Energy System Operator, with responsibility for shaping and delivering the digital and data foundations of a decarbonised, smarter energy system. She leads NESO’s work on sector-wide digitalisation efforts while working with government, regulators and industry to turn digital ambition into system‑wide outcomes. She brings multi-sector senior leadership experience across energy, infrastructure and regulated environments having previously led major energy, innovation and transformation programmes.
