Tim Griffiths is director of cost assessment in the price review. He is an economist by background and has been at Ofwat since 2014, working in various roles across the price review. Before then he was head of the airport price review at the Civil Aviation Authority, worked on cost assessment and incentives in the price review team at the Office of Road and Rail, and worked in consultancy in the water and transport sectors.
