Vicki has spent the last 15 years working within the Energy Industry, focusing on developing customer experience and driving decarbonisation. Working on diverse projects such as Smart meter rollout, Hydrogen for heat, Gas Code development, Settlement and billing design, policy advice and now developing whole system market thinking at NESO. She also sits on the board of IGEM and the Customer challenge panel of the Fuel bank foundation.
