Victoria Newall is a Strategic Artificial Intelligence Architect at Severn Trent, shaping the organisation’s approach to advanced analytics and AI across Asset Intelligence & Innovation. She is responsible for defining how AI is designed, governed, and deployed at scale across complex utility networks, translating emerging technology into practical capabilities that support operational performance, regulatory assurance, and long-term system planning. Working at the intersection of innovation and live operations, Victoria collaborates with technical teams, partners, and senior leaders to set technical direction, lead responsible adoption, and establish the governance and operating models needed to deliver AI safely in operational environments. Her work spans digital twins and network intelligence, data- and machine learning–driven decision support, and automation-enabled AI systems across asset, environmental, and catchment contexts.
