Victoria Ross leads the Cyber Operations team in Smart DCC, helping protect the systems that underpin the UK's smart energy infrastructure. With a 22 year background in the Royal Signals, she brings experience from high pressure operational environments into the world of cyber security. Victoria is passionate about building resilient teams, developing people and improving how organisations defend themselves in an increasingly complex threat landscape. She is currently completing her MBA and is also a PhD candidate, focusing on leadership, resilience and organisational performance.
