What objectives did you have for UWL25?
We wanted to meet with key stakeholders and businesses, connect with local delivery partners, and really just see what’s out there in the industry.
How did UWL25 meet those objectives?
It’s been brilliant. We’ve had some really great conversations and connected with loads of people who genuinely care about improving things across the sector.

We spoke with a really broad mix of stakeholders, partners, and others from across the utilities space - people we wouldn’t have met otherwise.

It gave us a space to share our ideas, especially around training in the sector, and to have proper conversations about where things need to go next.
How did UWL25 help you capture leads?
We’ve walked away with some really promising leads and connections, giving us a great foundation to build on over the next year.
Why have you rebooked for UWL26?
UWL has been really valuable to speak with stakeholders and see what the industry requirements are around training. The fact that we’ve already rebooked for next year halfway through day one says it all. We know this is the right place for us to grow, and next year we’re coming back bigger and better.
