The Flex Awards are back for 2025 and will celebrate innovators dedicated to advancing energy flexibility. They'll recognise creative ideas and strategies that pave the way for energy flexibility, and make markets more inclusive and accessible.

NEW! WATER INNOVATION HUB
The hub will host a series of innovation mini-sprints in association with Northumbrian Water Innovation Festival, kicking off their programme for this year. The Water Innovation Hub will also host our partners Spring, British Water, and global innovation platform Springwise, as well as bringing together water companies and innovators to tackle the challenges of AMP8.
NEW! INFRASTRUCTURE DELIVERY PAVILION
The NEW Infrastructure Delivery Pavilion will showcase the work of the Infrastructure Delivery Forum, a partnership between the three transmission operators supported by Utility Week and Autodesk, designed to develop and implement more collaborative ways of working with the supply chain. This includes the establishment of an industry charter for digitally-enabled infrastructure delivery and the launch of IM4Power – a best practice community for information management.
A VIP hub for Utility Week Members to network, work and refuel with a complimentary lunch and refreshments.

COLLABORATE EXCHANGE
Our unique Collaborate Exchange programme houses small peer-to-peer discussion sessions, allowing participants to share experiences and best practices, workshop common problems, and share views and solutions on key challenges facing the sector.
Each session is lightly moderated, and participants will be briefed in advance to come prepared, ready to share experiences with industry peers, and to work through key themes in the sessions.
THE ENERGY INNOVATION CENTRE'S INNOVATION ZONE
The Energy Innovation Centre's Innovation Zone, in partnership with nine of the UK's energy networks, will support innovators through the transition to a net zero power system by 2030.
